This policy forms part of the RunPayroll Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including invited users and portal users.
Permitted use
Use the Service only for lawful Canadian payroll and related administration, for businesses you are authorized to act for.
Prohibited use
- Submitting or processing personal information you do not have the legal right to process.
- Probing, breaching, or testing the Service's access controls, or accessing another customer's data.
- Disrupting the Service, introducing malicious code, or placing unreasonable load on it.
- Misrepresenting your identity or your authority to act for a business or worker.
- Using the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, or reselling or sublicensing access without our written agreement.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where a violation involves another person's data or a legal obligation, we may also notify the affected customer or the authorities where the law requires it.
