Cancelling your plan
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again after that.
Refunds
Billing is monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund, or for duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges that we confirm. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
How to request
Email billing@runpayroll.ca with your account name and the charge in question.
Timeline
We respond to refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
What cancelling does not remove
Cancelling stops future billing. It does not delete records we are required to retain, and it does not remove your obligation to pay charges already incurred.
